The Sailing Video Award is the only event of its kind, aimed at celebrating the best sailing videos produced each year and those who have produced them. It is an annual contest, open to professional cameraman, directors, editors and TV production companies from all over the world, as well as sailors who produce on-board videos during races.


The winner of The Sailing Video Award will be determined by an international jury.


The Prize of the Public will be awarded following votes from the public on Internet.


A Special Award may be granted by the Organizing Committee, at its entire discretion, to a video considered particularly deserving, for an undetermined reason but which will be made public.

The Sailing Video Award will be awarded during the Yacht Racing Forum, in front of the sports’ leading personalities, events, classes, clubs and sponsors.
